Batman Noir in Batman Fan Art of the Day

It’s time for another edition of Batman Fan Art of the Day and today I have this really cool Batman Noir piece to share with

my readers.

I was so excited when I found this piece of fan art while browsing Deviantart.com, its so cool looking! Now, normally I’m against Batman having a gun but in this particular instance, and anything Batman Noir, it makes sense. I love fan art like this where it looks both historic and futuristic at the same time. Anytime you mention noir it makes me think of old detective films, and for some reason the mask and the shading of this fan art feels futuristic. For some reason it also reminds me of The Watchmen.
