Now that I think of it, I don’t remember if Batman Incorporated had a Japanese hero in it or not. I didn’t read that series regularly.

Just in case you were wondering what you’d have to do to get 30,000 retweets, getting visual evidence of a real life Batman will do it. I’m not sure why he’d need to ride a Spyder on patrol with the financial resources of Bruce Wayne behind him, but alas.
(Note: I don’t know my motorcycle-class vehicles well enough to know if that’s actually a Spyder, but that’s what it reminds me of with the two wheels in the front.)
Citizens of Chiba Prefecture, you can sleep a little easier tonight knowing that Batman is on the case. Gotham, I guess you’re going to have to depend on the rest of the Bat-family for the time being.
