Batman Cosplay of the Day: Heeeere’s JOKER!

Here at Caped Crusades we love to share great Batman cosplay with our readers, and today I have another awesome Joker cosplay to share with you! This photo, titled

Heeere’s JOKER! by  model Erik Bagy on his deviantart page TheKillingJok3,  is based on Heath Ledger’s Joker, and is what Erik wore to the midnight premiere of The Dark Knight Rises.

The make up artist in this case is Erik’s father Robert Bagy, while both hair and costume were done by Erik himself. I love the fierce expression Erik is wearing in this photo, and I feel that the title Heeeeere’s JOKER! is perfect as that was pretty much the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this photo. I’m going to take a moment to congratulate Robert Bagy for such an excellent job with the make up. It’s intense and dramatic and just the perfect way to celebrate the opening night of The Dark Knight Rises. I also have to mention that I love the combination of make up reminiscent of Heath Ledger but hair which is closer to the comics or Arkham games.
