First Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2 Clip Puts Focus On Skye

Want to know what the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. crew has been up to since the end of Season 1?

The first clip from Season 2 only fills us in on one member: Skye, who’s been trying to decipher the weird code that new Director Phil Coulson was scratching into the walls at the end of the season finale. When she’s interrupted with a mission of the non-voluntary kind by Coulson, she doesn’t seem all that pleased.

Also worth noting: Agent Triplett! I was worried how little talk there was about his character for most of the off-season, but then he showed up in the first cast photo and I was pretty happy they didn’t just forget about him or write him off. Then again, he could get killed off in the season premiere for all I know.

As a final thought, I hope that the Koenig brothers don’t turn out to be Life Model Decoys. Sure, they’re a well-established part of S.H.I.E.L.D. history in the comics, but they’ve been abused to absurd degrees at this point. We don’t need to go there on TV just yet.
