Gotham Promo Focuses On Barbara Kean

With most of the attention, so far, concentrated on the main cops and criminals, Fox gives us a different angle with a new Gotham promo that focuses on Barbara Kean, Jim Gordon’s fiancée.  In the video, Erin Richards, the actress playing Barbara Kean, explains how her character’s relationship with Gordon can become complicated when outside influences try to tarnish Gordon’s clean image.

Fox will premiere Gotham on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 8:00PM EST.

The series was conceived by Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon from characters published by DC Entertainment.  It will star Ben McKenzie as James Gordon, Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot, Zabryna Guevara as Sarah Essen, Erin Richards as Barbara Klein, Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock, Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney, David Mazouz as Bruce Wayne, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle, Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma, Victoria Cartagena as Renee Montoya, Andrew Stewart as Crispus Allen, Clare Foley as Ivy Pepper, Carol Kane as Gertrud Kapelput, and David Zayas as Salvatore Maroni.
