On Thursday, October 9, the Toys “R’ Us in Time Square is hosting a special consumer and media event that kicks off at 4 pm in the Nickelodeon shop on Level One. The first 250 fans will get to meet and greet and get autographs from Rob Paulsen, the voice of Raphael in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series and the voice of Donatello on the current show, and Greg Cipes, the current voice of Michelangelo, as well as executive producers Brandon Auman and Ciro Nieli.
It’ll also be a good chance to check out some of the Toys “R” Us exclusive TMNT toys, which we just happen to have pics of right here. First up is the 11-inch Interactive Talking Turtles 2-Pack with Donatello (try saying that five times fast!):
And we’ve also got an image of Leonardo’s Electronic Stealth Sword, though I don’t think it actually turns you invisible:
Both of those are in TRU stores now and available online at Toysrus.com. And, while it’s not like you necessarily needed more to do during NYCC, it might be worth stopping by the Times Square store for the event. After all, aren’t the Turtles worth it?
