NYCC 2014: Marvel announce an ongoing Silk solo title

At Marvel’s panel at NYCC this year. They’ve announced a few surprises, the first being Silk as a character is getting her own monthly solo series in which she goes on adventures set in the Amazing Universe. To my knowledge I’m unsure if these will be separate from Amazing Spider-Man. They will most likely tie in to his stuff, and you might see a team up. But I’m uncertain how active Peter will be in the
solo series

Plans are currently to start in February 2015, with Robbie Thompson writing, and artist: Stacey Lee. The team is very excited to get the show up and going and will shed some light on Cindy’s past and of course her future as a well developed fleshed out character! With Thompson saying ““I’m super-thrilled to be a part of the Marvel Universe, and specifically this character.”
