All Of The Marvel Comics Summer 2015 Event Teasers So Far

Age of Ultron vs. Marvel Zombies
Here was our first sign that whatever is coming in 2015, it’s not just going to be going back over the same ground we’ve already traveled. These are two completely separate stories; in fact, Marvel Zombies wasn’t even a single event, but an ongoing string of limited series that dealt with a zombie apocalypse that happened to claim a ton of super powered victims on an alternate Earth.
Age of Ultron, meanwhile, will probably fit right in with whatever Hickman has in store, as it’s a mind-bending time travel tale in and of its own. To save the present from Ultron, some of Marvel’s heroes traveled to the past and made some pretty interesting decisions. The ending was somewhat anticlimactic, though it did give us Angela int he Marvel Universe, so there’s that.
How can these two tales end up interacting with each other? Maybe Ultron and the Marvel Zombies end up fighting over the same Earth and decide that only one of them can have it. What’s interesting about the teaser is that it looks like Ultron is almost getting zombified himself, but the decaying half is on the Ultron side while his pristine half is over with the zombies. That might mean something, or it could just be a cool visual.
