Adam West Talks About The Batusi Dance

To help promote the release of The complete original Batman series on Blu-ray, Adam West came on the Home & Family Show to talk about the hit television show. More specifically, West talked about the origin of the “Batusi Dance”.

West said that the Batusi Dance came from when Jill St. John was on on the show and they went to a Discotheque together. Jill St. John gave West a “funny kind of orange juice” that made him loosen up quite a bit a from their they invented the Batsui dance together. Home & Family host Cristina Ferrare also had a cameo appearance on the Batman TV show, which can be seen near the end of the interview video below:

Batman The Complete Series is available now on DVD & Blu-ray and Home & Family airs on the Hallmark Channel Weekdays at 10am.
