Check Out Awesome ‘Batman v Superman’ Easter Eggs
By Skip Harvey
Zack Snyder honestly loves inserting Easter Eggs into his films. From Watchmen to Man of Steel, there’s always something in the background of his films. Check out the most recent of these from the set of Batman v Superman. This subway map features many stops that share names with some pretty famous Batman and Superman royalty.
Notice names like Aparo and Schwartz, named after Batman artist Jim Aparo and DC uber-creator Julius Schwartz, Batman scribe Steve Englehart, cover artists Ira Schnapp and Win Mortimer, underrated ‘ghost artist’ Sheldon Moldoff, and artist Dick Sprang. The others are a little vague to speculate on, but there are other possibilities as to whom they could be.
I’d expect a hell of a lot more of these all over the production of the film, if Snyder stays true to form.
