Happy Belated Birthday To Kevin Conroy!
This past holiday weekend, Kevin Conroy, arguably the best well-known voice when it comes to Batman being animated, celebrated his 59th birthday yesterday, and we here at Caped Crusades would like to wish Kevin Conroy a very happy belated birthday!

Kevin Conroy is of course best known for playing the Caped Crusader in the seminal Batman: The Animated series that ran from 1992-1995 and then as The New Batman Adventures. Kevin Conroy was actually the first person to actually use two different voices for Bruce Wayne and Batman, which seems like kind of an obvious idea frankly. He’s played Batman over the years in various DC animated shows, movies and video games, most recently in the DC animated film Assault on Arkham which had Batman but was focused mostly on the Suicide Squad. Kevin Conroy had a pretty steady career before Batman: The Animated Series with plenty of TV roles, but once he got the role of the Dark Knight, it’s been nearly all Batman all the time. Obviously he hasn’t tired o the gig as he keeps doing it, and will be heard next in Rocksteady’s Arkham Knight game, due out June 2015. Once again, happy belated Birthday Kevin Conroy and here’s to many more years of voicing one of the world’s greatest superheroes!
