A Closer Look At Charlie Cox As Daredevil On Netflix

Actually, it’s really the command of Film Divider, who tweeted the following pics from a piece in the print version of Entertainment Weekly:

I’m still not sold on the black ninja look for Daredevil, even though I know it has its roots in the comics. Of course they can’t really go with his yellow costume for his early days either (I mean they could, but it wouldn’t be pretty), so we’ll have to accept it until they work up to the familiar red suit.

What is a revelation from those images is how much Cox looks like Matt Murdock. That might be a little more stubble than Matt usually sports except when his life is really on the rocks — which, granted, is pretty often — but he sure looks the part.

We should start seeing much more from Daredevil in the coming weeks, as it’ll be the first Marvel show to debut on Netflix when it starts streaming in May.
