Happy Birthday Jared Leto!
We here at Caped Crusades love to celebrate the people who help give form to our favorite characters in the Bat-verse, be it in the pages of a comic book or on the TV or movie screen. With that in mind, Caped Crusades would like to wish a very happy birthday to Suicide Squad actor Jared Leto, who turns 43 today!

Jared Leto was recently announced as the latest actor to have a turn at the Joker in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie, joining such legendary actors as Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, Mark Hamill, and most recently Heath Ledger. Jared Leto will invevitably be compared to Ledger, who of course turned in an unforgettable performance in The Dark Knight before passing away, but he is no slouch in the acting department, recently getting an Academy Award for playing a transgenered woman in the film Dallas Buyers Club, Jared Leto recently put the featured image up on instagram, possibly hinting at how his hair might look for his role as the Joker in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie. Happy Birthday Jared Leto! You have some big (clown) shoes to fill, but we bet you are up to the task!
