The Walking Dead: Season 5 Post-Hiatus Promo

In less than a month, new episodes of Season Five of AMC’s The Walking Dead will premiere.  The last time we saw Rick and the gang, they were one step away from getting Beth back, but her life was devastatingly ended by Lieutenant Dawn Lerner.  So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the premiere episode will show the team mustering up all their energy to just keep moving.

To gear up for February 8th, AMC has released a promo, titled Surviving Together, for the highly anticipated return of the series after its mid-season hiatus.  Just like the high drama we’ve come to expect from the show, the promo starts off with a somber tone and quickly dives into a scene of action and survival.

The current roster of the living consists of Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes, Steven Yuen as Glenn Rhee, Chandler Riggs as Carl Grimes, Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon, Melissa McBride as Carol Peletier, Lauren Cohen as Maggie Greene, Danai Gurira as Michonne, Chad Coleman as Tyreese, Sonequa Martin-Green as Sasha, Alanna Masterson as Tara Chambler, Michael Cudlitz as Abraham Ford, Josh McDermitt as Eugene Porter, Christian Serratos as Rosita Espinosa, and Seth Gilliam as Gabriel Stokes.

The post-hiatus premiere of Season Five of AMC’s The Walking Dead will air on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 9:00PM EST.
