Check out Skottie Young’s Silk and Spider-Gwen variants
By Daniel Wood
Skottie Young is one of the more prominent comic book variant cover artists out there. Sure, he does actual comics too, but I personally know him more for his instantly recognisable style of variant covers. Honestly, his cartoon-baby style of drawing comic book characters is synonymous with him, for example he brought his this dual issue variant cover.
So it should come as no surprise that he’s also produced a variant cover for the first issues of two of the Spider-Man universe’s newest character’s solo titles – Silk and Spider-Gwen. Naturally the finished result is a cute, smaller, baby-like version of Spider-Gwen playing a yo-yo and a cute, smaller, baby-like version of Silk actually looking quite fierce. Check them out!
I particularly like the Spider-Gwen one. It’s neat!
