SAG Awards: Princess Diana trips over Gwen Stacy’s dress with Batman and Hulk watching

There are some headlines you never think you’ll write as a journalist but life can be a surprising thing. It seemed like fate that this headline would crop up when Amazing Spider-Man actress Emma Stone, ex-Batman Michael Keaton, ex-Hulk Edward Norton and the fantastic Naomi Watts who recently played the nation’s princess in a biopic all appeared together on stage.

Of course this was the cast of Birdman receiving an award for ‘Outstanding Performance of a Cast in a Motion Picture’ at the Screen Actors Guild awards. Unfortunately for Naomi Watts she tripped on Emma Stone’s dress as she made her way to the microphone, thus proving that actors and actresses are real people, even if she did deal with it like a pro.

The best bit about the whole thing though was Emma Stone’s priceless reaction to the whole thing as Naomi stumbles in front of her. Her facial expressions are golden and brilliantly captured in this still images, and this excellent Vine.
