Who wins in a battle between Neji Vs Spider-Man

As a Spider-Man fan I’m sure many people, like myself, have often had hypothetical battles in their hand between Spider-Man and a foe from another Marvel property, or even a character from an entirely different thing. As an example let’s say someone like Neji Hyuga from the Naruto series?
In fact, now that I mention it, who would win in a battle between Spider-Man and Neji? It’s a tough one to figure out isn’t it! Spider-Man has super-strength and spidey-sense and Neji has the power of the Byakugan. Luckily one Youtuber Anime Fights has done the mental hard work and has figured it out. Take a look
