Soccer Players Score Dressed as Batman & Robin
By Skip Harvey
Borussia Dortmund, a German soccer club out of Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, have their very own Batman and Robin. Players Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus are not only a great pair on the field, they literally play like the Dynamic Duo.
"Borussia Dortmund players are happy again! Today’s 3-0 victory over Schalke was their fourth straight in the Bundesliga, dragging themselves from the relegation zone to ninth in the table. Since they’re finally confident that they’ll actually score some goals, they’re planning out elaborate costumed celebrations, like this Batman and Robin one between Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus.Source: Deadspin"
These guys seem like the kind of football I can get behind. Sadly, not a lot of highlights are up yet, but you can see images and second hand videos of the game right here.
