Jim Parsons Really Wants to be the Riddler
By Skip Harvey
Look, I’m not personally a fan of The Big Bang Theory. Not to knock on those that are, but I personally despise the show. Since Geek Culture became mainstream there were bound to be a certain number of unimaginative people who couldn’t cope with not belittling ‘nerds’ or people who actually had a passion and knowledge for something. Big Bang is the show for them. It claims to celebrate Geek Culture, but actually reinforces negative stereotypes so certain people can feel safe in their outdated narratives.
But I digress.
There are a lot of fans of that show, and the zany Kramer character, Sheldon, is familiar to a lot of people in pop culture. His gangly, supposedly cerebral demeanor just so happens to fit the mold of a certain Batman villain. One the actor, Jim Parsons, very much wants to play.
In a recent interview with MTV News, Parsons discussed his super villain leanings. You can check out the interview by clicking on the picture below.
