15. Captain America: The Winter Soldier – “Does anyone want to get out?”

“Overkill” is never a word you would use when assembling a task force to apprehend Captain America. That’s why the corrupted SHIELD assembled agents culled from their STRIKE unit — the best of the best — to take Steve Rogers into custody.

After meeting with Alexander Pierce, Steve takes the Triskelion’s elevator to leave. Strangely enough, various SHIELD and STRIKE agents start to board the elevator, making it quite crowded. Knowing that they’re here to apprehend him, and still retaining his classy etiquette from a bygone era, Steve asks if any of them would like to leave before the fight starts.

One of the agents makes the first move and tries to hit Steve with an electric prod. Soon, everyone in the elevator ambushes him, tearing his shield from his back holster. With impressive combat skills and agility, Steve fights every last one of them. At the end, only Rumlow, a STRIKE agent, and Steve are left standing. Claiming the apprehension isn’t personal, Rumlow goes hand-to-hand with Steve. Our hero finally ends the assault by tossing Rumlow at the elevator’s ceiling and knocking him out.

To reclaim his fallen vibranium shield, Steve stomps on its edge making it flip and jump up while letting out a subdued metallic whir and securing itself onto his forearm.
