“TV Shows And Movies Do Not Mix In DC”
Who would fill the shoes if Warner Bros. were ever to put Supergirl back on the silver screen? We should all be well aware of DC/WB’s track record of disregarding their TV stars for movie stars. So don’t expect Melissa Benoist to be making an appearance.
While I did not care for DC’s New 52, I did enjoy the revamped story surrounding the Woman of Steel, Kara Zor-El. There hasn’t been any information about when we will finally see Superman’s cousin in movie action, but with the impending on-screen appearance of Wonder Woman in Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, maybe there is a glimmer of hope. I often wonder, if we ever get to see Kara Zor-El again in movies, who would portray the character the best? My head is already swirling with a few choices. Here are my picks for a future Kara Zor-El in the DC cinematic universe:
