Who would fill the shoes if Warner Bros. were ever to put Supergirl back on the silver screen? We should all be well aware of DC/WB’s track record of disregarding their TV stars for movie stars. So don’t expect Melissa Benoist to be making an appearance.

While I did not care for DC’s New 52, I did enjoy the revamped story surrounding the Woman of Steel, Kara Zor-El. There hasn’t been any information about when we will finally see Superman’s cousin in movie action, but with the impending on-screen appearance of Wonder Woman in Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, maybe there is a glimmer of hope. I often wonder, if we ever get to see Kara Zor-El again in movies, who would portray the character the best? My head is already swirling with a few choices.
