Man 3D Prints Batman Suit with Working Flamethrower
By Skip Harvey
More than one person has 3D printed a Batsuit based on the Arkham series, but no one has ever quite done what Julian Checkley has did. With help from Kevin LeProp, the two assembled a pretty impressive costume, complete with a working flamethrower.
"This is a test fire of the Arkham Origins fireball shooting gauntlet. This is only a small half load charge. A full size load would create a much larger and longer fireball."
That’s some serious dedication, I have to say. I imagine the gauntlet will eventually be even more sophisticated, but it’s still head and shoulder above what I could do. I just wouldn’t suggest using it at Comic-Con.
