10. Sise-Neg

In the comics, Sise-Neg was easily the more powerful sorcerer to ever appear in the Marvel Universe. He traveled back in time from the 31st Century, with the goal of absorbing all the energy in the universe through time and space as he made his way back to the site of the Big Bang. Sise-Neg was such a powerful manipulator of magic that he met with literally no resistance from the original Doctor Strange, a powerful character in his own right.

The only thing that stopped Sise-Neg from completely wiping out the universe and recreating it as its God was his own self-awareness. After absorbing the entirety of the universe over the entire existence of time, Sise-Neg realized that the universe was as it should be, simply reverting the universe through all points in time back to exactly the way it was before.
