Batman v Superman Stars Reveal New Promo Posters

Check out the new posters for Batman v Superman revealed by the stars of the movie!

The stars bringing the DC Trinity to life on the big screen for the first time have taken to social media today to upload new Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice promotional posters.  Additionally, DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns posted a new promotional shot of the Trinity together.  Prior to today, three promotional posters had already been released and were available to download at the film’s official website.  These included one of Batman’s face being covered by the Superman logo, one of Superman’s face being covered by the Batman logo, and one from San Diego Comic Con of Batman and Superman staring each other down.  The three posters posted today, however, are much more detailed.

Check out the new images on Instagram at these links: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and The Trinity.  I really appreciate that each character’s individual poster features their own logo, rather than being tarnished by that of another, so that it de-emphasizes the confrontation as much, while placing value on how epic each hero is in their own right.  I don’t know if the Geoff Johns’ shot of the three of them together will be in the movie itself, but I certainly hope it is.  Well, if not that one, there better at least one more shot of them all for the history books than just the one that we already saw in the latest trailer.
