Batman V Superman: Darkseid Is Coming

Once the dust settles between the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the two heroes will understand that teaming up will be the only way to fight against one of the greatest threats the Earth and, quite possibly, the universe has ever seen — Darkseid.  An image leaked from Empire Magazine’s March 2016 issue foreshadows the arrival of the supervillain formerly known as Uxas.

The omega symbol which has been engraved into the apocalyptic (pun intended) landscape is undeniable proof that Darkseid is coming.  He, in fact, may already be here and pulling strings to prepare for his physical arrival.

Darkseid is one of the greatest supervillains in the DC universe.  This epic big-bad, who director Zack Snyder has alluded to in the past, will most likely be the catalyst that necessitates the need for the formation of the Justice League —  a heroic joining of powers which will be witnessed on the silver screen in Justice League Part One (2017) and Justice League Part Two (2019).
