Geoff Johns says Titans is still a big part of DC’s plans
When we last left Titans, the TV showed based on the DC superhero team made up of young superheroes and sidekicks led by Nightwing, things weren’t looking so hot. TNT had canceled plans to develop the show, and that left it currently without a network. That has been the death of many a promising show. But DC Entertainment CCO Geoff Johns hasn’t given up on Titans in fact he seems extremely keen on making sure it’s a reality.
"We [at DC] have known about [Turner nixing Titans] for months and months and months. That’s not new news to us. We have plans for Titans. It’s a huge piece of DC and we have plans."
Now, it’s completely possible that Johns is just playing lip service here while options are being considered, but if they did indeed know about this decision “months and months” ago, they may have been working this whole time to get Titans set up somewhere else.

So where cold Titans end up? Given how close they are with Marvel a Netflix show seems highly unlikely. NBC has dipped their toes in the water on DC shows, but they bungled Constantine and may be waiting to see if their DC rip-off of Damage Control does well, so a potentially expensive team show might not be something they are going for. CW does seem like an obvious choice, until you realize that very recently there weren’t looking to do any more DC shows at least for awhile. So the most obvious choice to me would be CBS. Supergirl seems fairly successful, and obviously deals plenty with featuring a top DC hero (Superman) who isn’t actually on the show, you could likely take a similar albeit darker route with Titans. It could even be exclusive content for their streaming service. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Whatever the case, don’t be surprised if you hear of Titans resurrection on another Network or streaming service sometime in the near future.
