Settle All Debts In New Daredevil Season 2 Teaser

Happy Chinese New Year! While it might not seem the most obvious occasion to celebrate with a new Daredevil Season 2 teaser video, that’s exactly what we’ve got, so let’s not look the gift monkey in the mouth.

As you can see above and below, the teaser arrives with the tag line, “The Time Has Come To Settle All Debts,” a message reinforced by the voice of Matt Murdock’s priest hinting that his work is not yet done. Certainly, it would have been foolish for Matt to expect that once he got Wilson Fisk off the streets, he’d be able to retire his billy club and horns (particularly since he only got his costume in the final episode of Season 1).

This time, his skills and views will be tested by the arrival of Frank Castle, better known as the Punisher, in Hell’s Kitchen. This teaser is notable for the first dialogue we hear from Jon Bernthal in that role, and though it’s only a single word, it’s one that fits the character perfectly.

Daredevil Season 2 arrives on Netflix on March 18, and we’ll be all over it with full coverage just like we were for Season 1.
