Agent Carter Season 2, Episode 7 Synopsis: Monsters
By Nick Tylwalk
Double the Peggy, double the fun! That’s what we’re getting this week, with a two-hour dose of Agent Carter. Episode 6, “Life of the Party,” will be followed by episode 7, “Monsters.”

That makes previewing the second episode a little tougher than normal since we don’t know what will happen in the first hour. Agent Carter has such short seasons that any installment can really shake things up, as we saw last week when Peggy was badly injured during her first face-to-face confrontation with the powered-up Whitney Frost.
Add in the fact that time may be running out in the quest to save Jason Wilkes and things are looking pretty grim for Peggy. So grim that she’d work together with Dottie Underwood, but even that might not be enough to turn the tide.
As the official synopsis for “Monsters” informs us, Frost isn’t going to go down without a fight, and now that she’s tasted power, she’s willing to do just about anything to hold onto it.
"As Peggy plots a rescue mission, Whitney hunts for even more dark power; and Jarvis learns he should not make promises he cannot keep."
That raises the obvious question of who needs to be rescued. It would be hard to imagine it’s Wilkes since he’s incorporeal right now. Maybe Daniel Souza is in trouble? The bit about Jarvis makes me wonder if it might be Ana Jarvis who’s in danger, which would be horrible, because she’s delightful.
Next: Agent Carter Season 2, Episode 6 Synopsis: Life of the Party
Again, this is some tough speculation, and it’s going to be equally difficult next week when there are two more new episodes. That’s right, we’ve got just three weeks left of Agent Carter Season 2, so be sure to tune in Tuesday, February 16 at 9 pm for “Life of the Party,” keep watching for “Monsters,” and come back here for Christina’s recap and report. Make a night of it!
