After a short break, Gotham returns this Monday with “Into The Woods”. But hey the future is already the past, even next week’s future! Because we’ve got a synopsi of episode 19 of Gotham, set to air April 25th, titled “Azrael”. Now if you’ve been following coverage of Gotham, this shouldn’t contain any major spoilers for you, but obviously be warned that this at least implies some spoilers for episode 17 & 18 of Gotham and I will be talking about a certain big spoiler in relation to this episode, so be forewarned.

With that in mind, here’s a synopsis for the April 25th episode of Gotham, “Azrael”:

"A STRANGE DISCOVERY WILL BE MADE IN GOTHAM CITY ON AN ALL-NEW “GOTHAM” MONDAY, APRIL 25, ON FOXGordon and Bruce question Professor Strange about Project Chimera, which leads Strange to send the newly resurrected Galavan to confront Gordon. So yes, Theo Galavan is back from the dead, which we prety much knew was happening. And in case you haven’t connected the dots, he is Azrael, the character the title of this episode is based on. The bigger question is what, if any Hugo Strange have to The Order Of St. Dumas, he must to bother with bringing Galavan back to life and Galavan being in his service, though he’d need little motivation to go after Gordon at this point. Also why is Nygma investigating Strange? Is he still at the GCPD at this point? Will he team up with Strange? We’ll find out when “Azrael” , the 19th episode of Gotham, airs on Fox on April 25th!
