Based on the acclaimed DC Comics graphic novel, witness a journey into the dark psyche of the Clown Prince of Crime. So thankfully it doesn’t seem to deviate from the story of the Killing Joke, but will certainly be added to. We know that Batgirl will get more screen time, which they’ve talked about due to the fact that a straight adaptation of The Killing Joke would be a very short film. It also seems like we might delve deeper into Joker’s past as a failed comedian. Will that improve the story of Killing Joke, or only detract from it? We’ll find out when it releases on home video August 2nd.
