Rebirth is in full swing at DC comics, and while it means some established titles are starting over at #1, there are of course some new titles to check out as well! And this is a sort of old new title brought back with Batgirl & The Birds Of Prey! Batgirl & The Birds Of Prey of courser features Batgirl, but also Huntress, Black Canary and… Oracle? Wait, wasn’t Batgirl Oracle? Then who is Oracle now? Definitely not Barbara Gordon. Read the synopsis of Batgirl & The Birds Of Prey Rebirth #1:

Next: Detective Comics #934 Preview

Well, you’ve got a bit of  awhile to try and ponder just who this new Oracle might be, as Batgirl & The Birds Of Prey: Rebirth #1 isn’t out until July 20th. This title will be written by Julie & Shawna Benson (TV show The 100 on The CW) with art by Claire Roe (We(l)come Back). I’m pretty sure this new Oracle becomes a team member, so it will be interesting to see how that dynamic develops and it’s very cool to see these three heroines team up again, as they had awesome chemistry under Gail Simone awhile back, so I hope that continues in this new title.
