Historically Harley Quinn has been a blonde, which for cosplay purposes, is a pretty easy hair color to pull off. For Suicide Squad, her hair is bit more complicated, as it’s a mix of bleached blonde, blue and pink. Granted, you could experiment on your own and get the right colors. Granted, if you go to a stylist to color your hair, or are quite the expert you probably don’t need a kit like this. But if you want to have hair like Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad and want the easiest way to get it for a reasonable price this is probably a good call.
