Suicide Squad Character Promos Show New Footage

Get to know The Suicide Squad in these character promos!

Suicide Squad is out in just a few weeks, and what better way to get you hyped than each member of the Squad getting their own specific spotlight promo! This might be especially useful to let you know some of the lesser known characters in the film such as Rick Flagg, El Diablo, Enchantress, etc.

Each of these promos is about 20-30 seconds long and starts with a pretty colorful introduction then a few seconds of footage from the movie focused on each individual character. Most of this footage is stuff you may have already seen in the various Suicide Squad trailers already released but there is definitely some new footage as well (most notably Cara Delevingne’s Enchantress having a very different look in some of the footage shown in her particular promo. Comicbook.com put most of these promos together in one video, with the exception of one for Jared Leto’s Joker which was released later in the day. It admittedly can getting annoying hearing the same few seconds of “Ballroom Blitz” repeatedly, but I still think these are worth a watch, check them out below:

Probably the most suprising bits of footage is from Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller, as you can clearly see she is going to be involved in more than a just behind the scenes sort of way in the movie. Also Captain Boomerang has a thing for pink unicorns? Is that something that will be a thing in the movie? Like will he just see random pink unicorns in various places and grab them for part of his collection or something? I guess we’ll find out when Suicide Squad opens in just a few weeks on August 5th.
