#20 – DCTV: Sizzle Trailer for the New Legends of Tomorrow Team

Executive producer Greg Berlanti and company promised that the team roster would be changed up after Season 1 of The CW’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. The first stage of that promise was made good in the Season 1 finale when Captain Cold seemingly died sacrificing himself for the team. And Hawkman and Hawkgirl left to go nest (pun intended) somewhere.

But what really solidified Berlanti’s statements was the

arrival

crash landing of Rex Tyler. This wasn’t the biggest bomb. The real surprise was when he told the Legends that they would surely die if they boarded the Waverider, and that he was part of a superhero team—the Justice Society.

Man, what a cliffhanger! Pretty soon, every fan online was speculating who could be making up the roster of this version of the Justice Society other than Rex Tyler / Hourman. The hope is that we’ll see an extended trailer or sizzle reel that teases some new team members and Season 2’s main baddie.
