SDCC 2016: New LEGO Batman Movie Trailer!
This new LEGO Batman Movie trailer finally sheds some light on the story
We’ve seen some trailers for the upcoming LEGO Batman Movie, but this new one shown today during San Diego Comic Con finally gives us at least some idea of the overall plot. Seems like Batman’s faithful butler Alfred is a little tired of his master just outright ignoring the young orphan Batman adopted. So in order to bond with young Dick Grayson, Batman decides to take him on as a sidekick. Check out the hilarious Sn Diego Comic Con trailer for the LEGO Batman Movie below:

The LEGO Batman Movie features a top notch voice cast including Will Arnett as Batman, Zack Galifianakis as The Joker, Michael Cera as Robin, Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, and Ralph Fiennes as Alfred. It will reportedly touch on pretty much every era of Batman from his beginnings over 75 years ago all the way up to modern day things even including recent movies such as Batman v Superman. There are lots of other DC characters in the movie such as some members of the Justice League (though who and what voice actors are playing them have yet to be confirmed) and many other DC villains as well (we already know Man-Bat and The Kabuki Twins will be in the film from LEGO sets shown earlier this weekend). No word if there there will be any cameos from any characters from the LEGO Movie though such as Wyldstyle or Emmet.
The LEGO Batman Movie is coming our way next year, February 10th, and it looks to be just as funny as the surprisingly great LEGO Movie it’s been spun off of. Be sure to stay tuned to Caped Crusades for all the latest Batman news from San Diego Comic Con.
