The Teen Titans haven’t caught the Rebirth bug quite yet. That will happen next month in September. But they plan to close out their New 52 series in a big way when they take on the H.I.V.E. Queen!

But first, a little backstory. The Teen Titans have actually been on the run as fugitives for a long time. This was actually the machinations of Amanda Waller, trying to make them her new Suicide Squad by putting them in a corner and not giving them much of a choice. But the team’s actions at Belle Reve prison actually made a believer out of two of the most unlikely people in the DC Universe. Amanda Waller made sure all charges against the team were dropped. And Batman, who was skeptical about this team from the start, says something he’s rarely, if ever said before.

But before Red Robin  and the rest of The Teen Titans can enjoy no longer being fugitives for even a second (and basking in Batman admitting he might have been wrong about something), a major villainess hatches her master plan right in New Orleans where they happen to be at the moment.
