Episode 2 of Telltale’s Batman series, “Children of Arkham” is out today! Telltale games tend to be incredibly story-heavy, so if you didn’t grab episode one it wouldn’t make much sense to jump right in at episode two. However, if for whatever you can’t play episode 2 right away but want a taste of the game, we have the opening minutes in video form for you.

In the video below, episode 2, Children Of Arkham opens on a street extremely familiar to Batman fans. Park Row, better known as Crime Alley. This is where Thomas and Martha Wayne were brutally gunned down by low level thug Joe Chill, leaving Bruce an orphan. It was just a robbery gone horribly wrong, right? But what if it wasn’t? What if there was a reason Joe Chill was there, specifically for Thomas Wayne? Bruce examines the alley and tries to remember every detail of that fateful night. He then goes to pay a visit to a guest of the GCPD. Check it out below:

If that got you on board, both episodes 1 & 2 of Telltale’s Batman are available on PS4, PC and Xbox One right now. To be honest if you are seriously considering purchasing one episode, you might as well get the season pass. Because odds are you will find the story compelling enough to see it all the way through. Especially how certain familiar characters might be different in this Gotham from the ones you know. I’m not a fan of the gameplay or the engine that seriously seems ready to collapse under its own weight, but the story is definitely worth checking out.
