Yet Another Justice League Action Clip!
Superman battles Steppenwolf in this clip from Justice League Action!
It’s almost here. The debut of Justice League Action on the Cartoon network is this Friday at 6 pm. In the mean time, we have been seeing tons of clips (and if you were lucky, maybe the first few episodes, but those have been pulled) to get excited for the show’s premiere.
And now we have one more clip for you featuring Batman, Superman and Big Barda. They are fighting some Parademons, which should indicate Darkseid’s involvment, but Batman notes that if it is Darkseid, this hardly seems like enough Parademons for something on his scale. Turns out he’s right and it’s Steppenwolf, one of Darkseid’s inner circle (and the main villain of the upcoming Justice League film next year). But before they can really act, Steppenwolf has pulled Superman to another planet to battle him one on one. A planet with a red sun, where Superman’s power is slowly fading. Can Superman beat Steppenwolf with his powers ebbing away? Watch the Justice League Action Clip below:

So the interesting thing about this clip is that it’s not from any of the three episodes of the show I’ve seen. And given the synopsis of the premiere episode (which is likely 30 minutes long instead of 11 minutes like the average episode will be in order to establish the premise), it’s likely not from that either. This clip is likely from a future episode down the line.
So now I’ve seen a lot of clips and a few episodes of Justice League Action, and that just makes me super excited for the premiere. It appears to be a very strong show continuing the legacy of great animated DC TV shows. Don’t forget to catch the premiere this Friday, December 16th at 6 pm on Cartoon Network, and hopefully it’ll pop up online somehow for those of us without cable to watch…
