Being a leader is never an easy thing. Damian Wayne aka the current Robin, wanted to assemble his own team to help take down his grandfather Ra’s Al Ghul and the Demon’s Hand. But not being the most tactful person in the DC universe, to gather his team comprised of former Teen Titans, he related to rather unorthodox methods. Such as kidnapping them. I’m not saying Batman wouldn’t approve, but he had an easier time convincing an entire squad of supervillains to go on a suicide mission against Bane.

It might help if the Teen Titans could bond over a successful mission where Damian takes charge, but thus far they have had some pretty bad luck against Ra’s Al Ghul and have been forced to regroup. Well maybe if Damien showed actual leadership qualities (and you know, didn’t force his teammates to work with him) he might be a little more successful and forming and leading a team.
