The CW announces premiere dates for its Arrowverse DC shows — Arrow, The Flash, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl.

I can probably speak for most fans who thought The CW pulled a bait-and-switch during last year’s Arrowverse crossover event. Everyone was waiting for the Girl of Steel to have her own dedicated battle with the Dominators. However, her “supposed” crossover episode was relegated to just a final scene in Supergirl‘s “Medusa” — with Barry Allen and Cisco Ramon arriving in Kara’s universe via a portal.

Audiences were definitely disappointed. You have one of the most iconic superheroes in the DC universe and you don’t bring her into the battle right off? Yeah, it wasn’t really a true “crossover event.” “Medusa” was pretty much a standalone episode, with the exception of the appearances of Barry and Cisco.

This year, The CW will be doing it right. Kara Danvers will have a true solo outing in the events of the crossover. On top of that, fans will be getting a double-dose of adventure and action across two nights.

On Monday, November 27, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. EST, Supergirl will start the event. Arrow will air right afterwards at 9:00 p.m. EST, temporarily shifting from it’s Thursday timeslot. On Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. EST, the event will continue on The Flash, with DC’s Legends of Tomorrow airing at 9:00 p.m. EST to conclude the crossover.

The creatives behind the Arrowverse have been mum about any story details. 2016’s “Invasion!” crossover event had the Dominators — an alien species that saw all metahumans as a threat — as the main antagonistic force.
