3. Professor Ojo

Emerson has played cerebral characters on TV shows before. Professor Ojo, if it’s his role, would be latest for him.

In the comics, Ojo was born without eyes from tests his parents put him through. However, he’s a genius that can use his smarts to go against Team Arrow, similar to how The Thinker will in season 4 of The Flash. Maybe the Arrowverse won’t use the same storyline for a villain on two shows, but would still be an interesting big bad to sue for Emerson’s role.

Ojo worked against Richard Dragon in the comics, who is already confirmed as a villain for season 6 of Arrow. What if the show decides to switch it up and team these two, going against their comic book history? This was done when it looked like Adrian Chase was Vigilante (as he is in the comics), only to be revealed as Prometheus.

Ojo and Dragon can work together to take down Oliver Queen, along with David Nykl’s Anatoly/KGBeast. They would make a formidable trio to go against Oliver as a trio of big bads, with Emerson’s Ojo as the leader of the pack. His smarts would be used, while Dragon and Anatoly do his dirty work.
