Midnight, Texas: Exclusive sneak peek of episode 109

In this exclusive clip from Midnight, Texas “Riders on the Storm” we see the storm rolling in and the Midnighters trying to work out a plan.

We can give the good people of Midnight, Texas this much: Things are never boring. As the town prepares for the arrival of a nasty demon bent on destroying everything they have built, an apocalyptic sandstorm blows into town. It’s no ordinary sandstorm, though, because this one is full of demonic wraiths.

Take a look at this exclusive clip from Midnight, Texas:

The sandstorm converges on the church, sending Manfred, Joe and the Rev running for cover. They meet up with Fiji, Olivia and Bobo. The sandstorm wraiths, as Joe says, signal the arrival of a demon. That demon is the same one coming for Fiji, who has had enough of being terrorized in her own home. From the look of things, Bobo was hurt but we don’t know if he was hurt before or after the wraiths’ arrival. We know that Bobo is willing to do anything to protect Fiji so it’s possible that he was injured trying to defend Fiji.

One of the biggest things we learn from this clip is that Joe has returned to Midnight, which begs the question of whether or not Chuy is with him.

Everything we have seen so far points to the demon being quite the Big Bad. All of the harbingers of his arrival signal that he is someone not to be messed with. Will the Midnighters be able to take on this evil and save their town?

Episode 109 of Midnight, Texas will air on Wednesday, September 13 at 10pm ahead of the September 18 season finale.
