Wonder Woman plus a lightsaber equals awesome

As if Wonder Woman couldn’t get any better, someone went and put a lightsaber in her hand and things got that much better. Take a look.

Perhaps the age-old saying is true that “everything is better with a lightsaber.” So maybe that isn’t an old saying at all. The fact remains, though, that Wonder Woman is awesome enough by itself. Add a lightsaber and the film becomes kind of amazing.

Some wonderful people put a glowing yellow lightsaber into Diana’s hand in some of the key fight scenes from the movie and the result is fun to watch. The addition of the lightsaber sound effects make it even better. It seems to fit, in an odd way, even though Wonder Woman and Star Wars are two very different franchises.

Yes, that would be Diana fighting Nazis with her Lightsaber of Truth. It’s one of those things you never knew you needed until you see it, and then you wonder how you lived without it.

(OK, I’m exaggerating, of course, but you get my point)

Wonder Woman has continued her box office prowess as the Amazon princess not only conquered the summer box office but also shot to the top of the DVD sales charts. Fans everywhere have embraced Wonder Woman and even though several months have passed since the film’s June 2 release, the love fest shows no signs of stopping.

Fortunately, fans will see Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman again in Justice League, which debuts November 17.
