Get ready for the weekend with the latest titles available from DC Comics. Take a look at the comics that are available in stores on October 4.

The DC Comics pull list for the week of October 4 is packed with several must-read titles. Our first stop is the latest installment of Harley Quinn. In Harley Quinn #29 from Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti we see the continuation of the “Vote Harley” story arc that sees Harley enter the brave new world of…politics? That’s right, our girl is the wild card candidate for mayor of New York City, and she actually has a fighting chance to win because she knows what the people want and she just might be the perfect person for the job.

We also see what happens when Harley and Poison Ivy end up in Riverdale. In the six-part Harley and Ivy Meet Betty and Veronica #1, Harley and Ivy meet, well, Betty and Veronica. That much isn’t a surprise. But what happens when these two dynamic duos meet? That’s where the fun starts.

Batman #32 gives us the highly anticipated conclusion to “The War of Jokes and Riddles.” Tom King’s thrilling storyline began with a question back in Batman #24, and now we finally have an answer as the Bat and the Cat come to an understanding after Bruce Wayne gives Selina the full rundown of his mental baggage.
