DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will start its third season on Tuesday night. A look at how to watch the premiere episode online.
Two DC TV shows will return on Tuesday night. It starts with The Flash at 8:00 p.m. ET. After that, it’s season 3 premiere of Legends of Tomorrow. This show brings together multiple heroes and villains from other Arrowverse programs, as they team to battle evil and time-travel through different eras of world history.
The season 2 finale saw the Legends defeat the Legion of Doom — Eobard Thawne, Damien Darhk and Malcolm Merlyn — and attempt to go back to 2017. These three were taken down in World War I, with help from future versions of the Legends.
When they reached the present-day, however, it was full of dinosaurs. Unless they secretly hid in an underground cave for millions of years, this was a time aberration. This looks like the first issue they’ll have to conquer in season 3.
Rip Hunter left the Legends at the end of season 2. The season 3, episode 1 synopsis, via Spoiler TV, mentions that Rip returns, except with a new organization: The Time Bureau. Will he attempt to thwart any plan the Legends have for 2017, the past and the future?
There’s also the different stories each Legend can potentially take on. That includes the continuation of Amaya and Nate’s relationship, how Martin Stein and Jefferson Jackson work together as Firestorm, Mick Rory’s development into a hero, and more.
