Riverdale: 22 shook Twitter reactions to this week’s episode

On this week’s Riverdale, Archie takes the fight to the streets and Jughead finds some new enemies. The Black Hood was absent but his presence was still felt.

It turns out that the Black Hood isn’t that great of a shot. So far he is 0 for 3 for gunshot victims as we find out in the beginning of this week’s episode. Moose and Midge both survived the attack without much fallout. All of this pushes Archie even further down the conspiracy road though. He forms his own Riverdale gang to watch the streets and protect the people.

Jughead meets the one of the other gangs in town when they teach him a lesson with their fists and this pushes him closer to the Southside Serpents for protection. A main story line of this episode was Kevin Keller. He has been sneaking off to the woods for romantic interludes and Betty is not a fan, especially with a killer on the loose.

Another big moment was Hiram Lodge and Archie Andrews finally meeting. They had a sinister little meeting and drink session by the fire place. Betty’s sister left fearing her safety and we all pretended like she’s been there for the last two episodes and Cheryl was a real sneak. All in all it was a pretty standard episode of Riverdale, but that isn’t a bad thing. The tension over the Black Hood attacks has turned things up a notch and Hiram Lodge is certainly planning something. Let’s take a look at the fan reactions from around the internet.
