PS4’s Spider-Man game trailer just dropped and it’s epic

Marvel Entertainment has released a trailer for the new Spider-Man video game.

Everyone knows video games are great fun, but superhero video games have been on a roll lately! The Batman: Arkham Series were some of the most revolutionary games in history, and Injustice 2 has been offering some fun playable characters to keep the fighting genre fresh. While comic book fans are kept entertained by these groundbreaking titles, a new highly anticipated superhero video game is on the horizon. From Marvel Entertainment and Insomniac Games comes what looks like the company’s best game yet, Marvel’s Spider-Man.

This new game will give the player everything they would ever ask for to become the web-slinger. If you aren’t convinced yet, check out the new trailer that recently was released online.

This trailer premiered at the “Paris Game Week” event as a part of what the Sony company has to offer in the upcoming year. Everything about this game looks amazing! In this trailer, we got to see more of the game’s story, as Peter Parker tries to balance his adult responsibilities with being a crime fighting superhero. We got a glimpse of some villains that will be featured such as Norman Osborn (The Green Goblin), Kingpin, Shocker, and Mister Negative, a newer character to the lore of Spider-Man.

All our other favorite characters are here too such as Mary Jane, Aunt May, and even Mile Morales. Only time will tell if that means we’ll get to play as both “Spider-Men” as well. The trailer also showed up some spectacular gameplay, which seems to be a hybrid of Batman: Arkham Asylum’s fighting style and the signature web-slinging from the Spider-Man 2 game adaptation. Fans were given a closer look at the gameplay a few months ago.

Marvel’s Spider-Man will be released sometime in 2018 exclusively for the PlayStation 4 (sorry Xbox One owners).
