Marvel Cinematic Universe: Who is the scariest villain?

1. Ultron

Physical Horror-8/10 Not only is he a giant, monstrous robot, he’s also voiced by James Spader in all of his eloquent, delightful horror. That scene where he

Evilness-9/10 He plans on killing everything on Earth and repopulating it with just copies of himself.

Intelligence-9/10 While he probably deserves a 10/10, seeing as he is an all-knowing robot and all, he is also eventually outsmarted so he can’t really get a 10/10.

Power-7/10 He has a vast army of himself and his main form is made of vibranium, a nearly indestructible metal. He can also fly and would probably be able to do reasonably well in a direct fight with Thor at least.

Miscellaneous 7/10 Again, he’s voiced by James Spader, and his delivery of the “there are no strings on me” line is terrifying.
