9. Mandarin/Aldrich Killian

Physical Horror-1/10 Killian is a handsome, regular looking dude. He’s a little bit scarier looking when he’s doing the Extremis stuff, but overall he isn’t scary in terms of looks at all.

Evilness-8/10 Killian callously orchestrates the deaths of dozens of people, including the President of the United States, all in order to take control of the United States.

Intelligence-8/10 Killian was a brilliant scientist before he was an evil terrorist mastermind/super-powered villain. It takes one smart cookie to pull off even one of those things, let alone both.

Power-8/10 Killian is incredibly powerful once armed with the Extremis virus. He takes down a bunch of Iron Man suits single-handedly, breaths fire and possesses immense physical strength.

Miscellaneous-3/10 On top of all his general villainy, Killian also tries to steal Tony’s girlfriend Pepper and he’s an all-around jerk.
